Ingredients

Serves 4

  • Mutton liver - 250 gms

  • Shallots - 25 no's finely chopped

  • Tomato - 1 finely chopped

  • Ginger garlic paste - 1 tbsp 1/2 tsp

  • Chilli powder - 3/4 tbsp

  • Dhaniya powder - 1 tbsp

  • Turmeric powder - 1/4 tbsp

  • Garam masala - 1/2 tbsp pepper powder - 1/2 tbsp

  • Saunf powder - 1/2 tsp

  • Saunf - 1/2 tsp

  • Oil ( sesame oil ) - 3 tbsp

  • Salt - 1/4 tbsp as required

  • Coriander leaves - 1/2 cup

  • Curry leaves - 1/4 cup

    Preparation : Liver to be cut to small pieces. Marinate liver in chilli powder , turmeric powder , dhaniya Powder , garam masala , pepper powder , ginger garlic paste ( 1/2 tsp ) saunf powder and salt. Keep this isn't fridge for 1 hour.

    Heat out in pan , add saunf , onions , tomato , ginger garlic paste ( 1 tbsp ) and curry leaves . Saute to oil separate.

    To this add marinated liver and add little water . Mix well , and leave it in slow flame for 10-15 minutes. Once it's cooked add coriander leaves and mix well. Remove from flame and serve hot .

    Goes good with Briyani , Rasam Rice , Curd Rice also can mix with plain Rice . Very healthy for kids .
