Ingredients

Serves : 3
  • 1/2 kgs meat


  • 2 tsp chilli powder


  • 1 tsp cumin


  • 1 tsp fennel powder


  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder


  • 2 nos onion


  • 1 nos tomato


  • 1 tsp garam msala(optional)


  • 1 tsp salt as per taste


  • 1 tsp biryani masala


  • 1 nos bay leaf


  • 2 nos cloves


  • 4 tsp oil


  • 1 tsp ginger garlic paste


  • 10 nos coriander and curry leaves

Directions

  • Heat oil in presser Cooker
  • Add clove, bay leaf, and ginger garlic paste fry well
  • Add cumin and fennal powder fry well
  • Then add onion paste and tomato paste fry well.
  • Finally add chilli,tumeric,gram masala and biriyani masala powder fry for min
  • Then add meat and water leave it for 4 whistles in heavy bottom pressure cooker
  • After it cooked tranfer into pan fry for 5 min
  • Add curry leaf and corriander lea:
