Ingredients

Serves 3

  • Meat 1/2 kgs

  • Chilli Powder 2 tsp

  • Cumin 1 tsp

  • Fennel Powder 1 tsp

  • turmeric powder 1/2 tsp

  • onion 2 nos

  • tomato 1 nos

  • Garam Msala(optional) 1 tsp

  • Salt as per taste 1 tsp

  • Biryani Masala 1 tsp

  • Bay Leaf 1 nos

  • Cloves 2 nos

  • Oil 4 tsp

  • Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tsp

  • Coriander and Curry Leaves 10 nos

Directions

    Heat oil in presser Cooker

  • 02

    Add clove, bay leaf, and ginger garlic paste fry well

  • 03

    Add cumin and fennal powder fry well

  • 04

    Then add onion paste and tomato paste fry well.

    Finally add chilli,tumeric,gram masala and biriyani masala powder fry for min

    Then add meat and water leave it for 4 whistles in heavy bottom pressure cooker

    After it cooked tranfer into pan fry for 5 min
