Ingredients

Serves : 3
  • 1 nos onion
  • 2 nos tomatoes
  • 2 nos muthi boiled pasta ( boiled with salt and oil)
  • 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp red chilli powder
  • 3/4 tsp garam masala
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper powder
  • 1 tsp salt to taste
  • 1/2 tsp chat masala
  • chat masala 1-2 tsp
  • 1 tbsp tomato sauce
  • 1 tbsp green chilli sauce
  • 1/2 tbsp red chilli sauce
  • 2 nos grated cheese cubes
  • 1 1/2 tbsp oil

Directions

  • Take oil in a kadai and saute onion
  • When it becomes pinkish add tomatoes and saute
  • Now add all spices and mix well
  • Now add mayonnaise and mix well
  • Now add all 3 sauces and mix well
  • Add coriander leaves and mix again
  • Now add cheese and again mix it
  • Finally add boiled pasta and mix well properly
  • Yummy it's ready
  • Serve it in a plate and top it with grated cheese and serve with sauce and mayonnaise
