Ingredients

Serves : 3
  • 3 bowls pasta


  • 6 tsp oil


  • 500 ml water


  • 5 nos different food colours


  • 1 tsp salt to taste


  • 1 tsp black pepper


  • 1 tsp chat masala


  • 2 nos finely chopped onion


  • 2 nos finely chopped tomatoes

Directions

  • Take kadai add little oil, add water, pasta, salt, black peppercorns, chatmasala, any1 food colour. Mix well.
  • Cook till it gets ready.
  • Repeat this for other 4 food colours
  • 5 different coloured pasta is ready.
  • Take kadai add oil heat it, add onions cook till little pinkish now add tomatoes.
  • Add salt, black pepper, chatmasala as per taste. Mix well.
  • Add all 5 coloured pastas. mix well
  • Ready to eat. Serve hot.
