Ingredients

Serves 3

  • Pasta 3 bowls

  • Oil 6 tsp

  • Water 500 ml

  • different food colours 5 nos

  • Salt to taste 1 tsp

  • Black pepper 1 tsp

  • chat masala 1 tsp

  • Finely Chopped Onion 2 nos

  • Finely chopped tomatoes 2 nos

Directions

    Take kadai add little oil, add water, pasta, salt, black peppercorns, chatmasala, any1 food colour. Mix well.

    Cook till it gets ready.

  • 03

    Repeat this for other 4 food colours

  • 04

    5 different coloured pasta is ready.

  • 05

    Take kadai add oil heat it, add onions cook till little pinkish now add tomatoes.

    Add salt, black pepper, chatmasala as per taste. Mix well.

    Add all 5 coloured pastas. mix well

  • 08

    Ready to eat. Serve hot.
