Ingredients

Serves 4

  • Arbi 400gms

  • Shallots 6

  • Tomato 1

  • Ginger Garlic paste 1 spoon

  • Chilli powder 1 spoon

  • Fennel seeds powder 1/2 spoon

  • Salt 1 spoon

  • Oil 5 spoons

Directions

    Cook Arbi in cooker until 3 whistles.

    After cooking cool it, remove the skin and cut into round slices.

  • 03

    Grind shallots and tomato in the small mixer jar.

  • 04

    To this paste add chilli powder, gg paste, saunf powder and salt.

  • 05

    Add this to arbi and mix well.

  • 06

    Shallow fry this in the non stick kadai with oil until it attains roast consistency.

  • 07

    Best side dish for sambar, Dal and buttermilk kuzhambu.
