Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 1 cups pasta( i used rotini)


  • 1 cups pumpkin cooked througly and made into paste


  • 3 nos small onion


  • 1 tsp ginger garlic paste


  • 1 tsp oil / butter


  • 1/3 cups cheese


  • 1/2 tsp cumin seed/ jeera


  • 1/2 tsp chilly powder


  • 1/2 tsp pepper


  • 1/2 tsp salt


  • 1 cups water

Directions

  • Heat the water, salt it and cook the pasta. Drain out any excess water.
  • Heat the oil/butter, saute cumin seed and ginger garlic paste. Add chopped onions and fry till it become transparent.
  • Add pumpkin paste and chilly powder cook for 2 mins in low flame. Add salt as required.
  • add cooked pasta and pepper, heat in low flame for 1 min.
  • add cheese and garnish with corriander or sage leaves if required.
  • Enjoy the pasta.
