Ingredients

Serves 2

  • Pasta( I used rotini) 1 cups

  • Pumpkin cooked througly and made into paste 1 cups

  • Small onion 3 nos

  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp

  • Oil / butter 1 tsp

  • Cheese 1/3 cups

  • Cumin seed/ jeera 1/2 tsp

  • Chilly powder 1/2 tsp

  • Pepper 1/2 tsp

  • Salt 1/2 tsp

  • Water 1 cups

Directions

    Heat the water, salt it and cook the pasta. Drain out any excess water.

    Heat the oil/butter, saute cumin seed and ginger garlic paste. Add chopped onions and fry till it become transparent.

    Add pumpkin paste and chilly powder cook for 2 mins in low flame. Add salt as required.

    add cooked pasta and pepper, heat in low flame for 1 min.

  • 05

    add cheese and garnish with corriander or sage leaves if required.

    Enjoy the pasta.
