Mutton - 1 kg
Water - immersable amount 1 cup
Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
Chilli powder - 1/2 tsp
Ginger garlic paste - 1 1/2 tbsp
Salt - 1/4 tsp
Wash mutton .
To a pressure cooker bring in all the ingredients .
Cover and cook for 7 whistle and cook it in low flame for 10 minutes
Once the pressure comes down open and check .
If the meat is tender and good . The meat will be cooked.
To check if the meat is cooked , use a label and take a piece of mutton . The meat will be soft and you can take a piece with out much pressure using your hands. If the mutton is so it's cooked .
If the meat is a little more hard , cover and again cook for another 2 whistle.
