For filling -mince goat meat 1/2 kgs
Pepper Powder 1 tsp
Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tsp
Chili Flakes 1 tsp
Vinegar 1 tsp
turmeric powder 1 tsp
Soy Sauce 1 tsp
Garam Masala 1 tsp
For dough - whole purpose flour 2 cups
salt 1 tsp
In a bowl take flour and salt. Mix it well and add some water to knead a soft dough. Cover with a muslin cloth and prepare the mixture.
In a pan add some oil and ginger garlic paste and wait till raw smell goes away. Now add mince meat with some salt. Cook it properly in oil.
Add all ingredients with some salt and close the lid . Cook for some time .
Now make small lemon size portion of the dough and roll out a roti. Take spoonful mixture and stuff it in centre of the roti. Close the edges with water and shape it like a modak.
Grease a pan and place momo's in steamer . Steam for 7-8 minutes and serve with garlic chutney or schezwan sauce.
You can deep fry momo's if you are not diet freak.
