500gm wholewheat pasta
300gm mince goat meat
2 large onion finely chopped
2 green chillies finely chopped
1 cup tomato pure
7-8 garlic cloves
1-2 cube amul cheese
2-3 tsp butter
1 cup olive oil
1 tsp chilly flakes
2 tsp mixed herbs
1 tsp garlic powder
2-3 basil leaves (optional)
2 tsp pasta masala
Take water in a pan and add some salt and 1tsp oil. When it comes to boil add pasta and cook til it is half cooked. Remove on a flat plate and drizzle some oil to prevent sticking.
In a pressure cooker take some oil . Chop garlic cloves finely and add it into the cooker.
When garlic leaves raw aroma add finely chopped onions and wait till it turn translucent.
When onions are caramelized add salt , tomato pure and wait till oil seperates.
Next add mince meat and mix it well. Add some water and pressure for 5-6 whistle . Check if the meat is cooked or cook for more time.
Meanwhile in a pan add butter and 2 tsp olive oil to prevent burning.
Add basil , pasta ,chilli flakes and mixed herbs . Saute for five minutes.
Check the meat in the cooker . If is tender add pasta masala and add pasta into this mixture and mix well.
Cook till all water evaporates . Pasta will also become tender and all the flavours will be get soaked in pasta.
Lastly add generous amount of cheese and cover it for 5 minutes.
Drizzle olive oil on top, garnish with some cheese and add oregano/ mixed herbs and pasta seasoning (optional) . Serve hot.
