Keep the meat out of the fridge at least 30 mins before cooking.
Cook the mutton 10 min with turmeric and black pepper and keep aside.
Heat oil in a pan, saute onion, tomato for 2 mins.
Add (dry roast -- cinnamon and cardamom, kalpasi,kasakasa) powder, bay leaf, ginger garlic paste, garam masala, chilli powder, coriander powder and cooked mutton.
Cook covered for 15 mins.
Add coconut paste, curry leaves, coriander and cook for 2 mins
