Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 1/2 kgs mutton


  • 4 tsp gingelly oil


  • 1 tsp salt


  • 1 nos tomato


  • 15 nos small onion


  • 1 nos cinnamon


  • 1 tsp ginger garlic paste


  • 1/2-2 tsp garam masala


  • 2 nos cardamom


  • 1 pinch kasakasa


  • 1 nos bay leaf


  • 2 nos cloves


  • 1/2 tsp kalpasi


  • 1 tsp chilli powder


  • 1 tsp coriander powder


  • 3 tsp grated coconut

Directions

  • Keep the meat out of the fridge at least 30 mins before cooking.
  • Cook the mutton 10 min with turmeric and black pepper and keep aside.
  • Heat oil in a pan, saute onion, tomato for 2 mins.
  • Add (dry roast -- cinnamon and cardamom, kalpasi,kasakasa) powder, bay leaf, ginger garlic paste, garam masala, chilli powder, coriander powder and cooked mutton.
  • Cook covered for 15 mins.
  • Add coconut paste, curry leaves, coriander and cook for 2 mins
