Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 1/4 kgs goat liver


  • 4 tsp sesame oil


  • 1/2 tsp cumin seeds


  • 15 nos small onion


  • 1 nos tomato


  • 2 nos cardamom


  • 1 nos cinnamon


  • 2 nos cloves


  • 1/2 tsp fennel seeds


  • 1 tsp ginger garlic paste


  • 1/2 tsp garam masala


  • 1 tsp chilli powder


  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder


  • 1 tsp salt


  • 4 tsp for coconut paste grated coconut

Directions

  • Pressure cook the liver for 5 min on medium flame and keep aside
  • Heat oil in a pan add fennel seeds, cardamom, cinnamon, cloves, chopped onion and saute it
  • Add tomato and saute it
  • Add ginger garlic paste and saute for 30 sec
  • Add chilli powder, salt asn saute it
  • Add cooked liver , required water and cook for 10 min
  • Add coconut paste and cook for 2 min
