Ingredients
Serves 3
Mutton 1/2 kgs
Yoghurt 1/2 cups
Ginger Paste 1 tbsp
Garlic Paste 1 tbsp
tomatoes 2 nos
Salt to taste 1 tsp
Haldi 1/2 tsp
Red Chili Powder 1 tsp
Coriander Leaves 2 tbsp
Green cardamom 2 nos
Nutmeg 1/4 tsp
Mace 1/4 tsp
Oil 4-5 tbsp
Cream 3 tbsp
Onion,medium 4 nos
Coriander Powder 1/2 tsp
cumin powder 1/2 tsp
Directions
In a mixing bowl add mutton, curd, ginger garlic paste, haldi, red chili powder, coriander powder, Cumin Powder and salt and mix everything properly and keep aside
Clean and chop onions and tomatoes
In a pressure cooker heat oil, then add chopped onion and saute up to golden brown.
In the meantime grind green cardamom, mace abd nutmeg together
When onion is brown add marinated mutton to it and saute it properly.
When mutton is totally dry add 1 cup of hot water and close the lid and cook for 2 to 3 whistles.
Let the pressure die naturally.
When pressure released , open the cooker and keep it on the gas again.
Now add grinded masala and coriander leaves and cook fir 5 to 6 mins on simmer.
Serve hot with roti, paratha or naan.
