Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 250 gms boneless boiled mutton cubed


  • 3 tbsp ghee


  • 4-5 nos dry red chilies


  • 1 tbsp coriander seed


  • 1 tsp cumin seeds


  • 8-10 nos black pepper corns


  • 4-5 nos cloves


  • 8 nos garlic cloves


  • 1 tsp tamarind pulp


  • 1/4 tsp turmeric powder


  • 3 tbsp yoghurt


  • 1 tbsp chopped jaggery


  • 2 tbsp oil for brushing


  • 1 nos red bell pepper cubed

Directions

  • Dry roast dried Red Chillies in a non stick Pan till fragrant.
  • transfer in a grinder
  • heat one tablespoon ghee into the same non stick pan
  • add coriander seeds, cumin seeds, peppercorns clothes and garlic and saute for 30 seconds
  • Grind together the the roasted dry Red Chillies along with roasted spices, turmeric pulp and 3 tablespoon water to make a smooth mixture
  • heat remaining ghee in another non stick pan
  • add ground paste and saute for 1 minute
  • add turmeric powder and Saute for 30 seconds
  • add yogurt , mix and cook for 1 minute
  • add cooked mutton, mix and cook for 3 minutes
  • cook 2 minutes after adding salt and jaggery
  • arrange mutton pieces and red bell peppers on skewers
  • brush oil and grill at 180 degree in preheated oven for 15 minutes
  • serve hot
