Dry roast dried Red Chillies in a non stick Pan till fragrant.
transfer in a grinder
heat one tablespoon ghee into the same non stick pan
add coriander seeds, cumin seeds, peppercorns clothes and garlic and saute for 30 seconds
Grind together the the roasted dry Red Chillies along with roasted spices, turmeric pulp and 3 tablespoon water to make a smooth mixture
heat remaining ghee in another non stick pan
add ground paste and saute for 1 minute
add turmeric powder and Saute for 30 seconds
add yogurt , mix and cook for 1 minute
add cooked mutton, mix and cook for 3 minutes
cook 2 minutes after adding salt and jaggery
arrange mutton pieces and red bell peppers on skewers
brush oil and grill at 180 degree in preheated oven for 15 minutes
serve hot
