In a pan add bengal gram, meat, ginger garlic paste, green cardamom, cinnamon sticks, salt, turmeric powder, ginger powder .
Reduce the heat and cook till the meat becomes tender and soft . Wait till the water evaporates.
Next remove all the whole spice and grind the it till it twice or thrice adding green chillies, coriander and cumin seeds.
Take the mixture into a bowl and add red chilli powder. mix it well. add some chopped coriander.
Grease hand with oil and make small size portion and press them to make patties.
Take oil into a pan for frying. Fry the patties till golden brown. And remove on a tissue paper.
Take a white plate for platting . Take tomato ketchup , soy sauce, and green chilli sauce on plate and with a spoon pat it twice to form a design . decorate it with mint leaves and fried onions.
Serve with mint chutney and pickled onion.
