Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 1/2 kgs boneless goat meat


  • 3 nos green elaichi or cardamom


  • 2 nos dalchini/cinnamon


  • 2 tsp kashmiri red chilli powder


  • 1 tsp turmeric powder


  • 1 tsp cumin seed


  • 1-2 tsp gibger garlic paste


  • 1-2 nos green chillies


  • 1 tsp coriander chopped


  • 1/2 cups bengal gram


  • 1 cups water


  • 1 1/2 tsp ginger powder

Directions

  • In a pan add bengal gram, meat, ginger garlic paste, green cardamom, cinnamon sticks, salt, turmeric powder, ginger powder .
  • Reduce the heat and cook till the meat becomes tender and soft . Wait till the water evaporates.
  • Next remove all the whole spice and grind the it till it twice or thrice adding green chillies, coriander and cumin seeds.
  • Take the mixture into a bowl and add red chilli powder. mix it well. add some chopped coriander.
  • Grease hand with oil and make small size portion and press them to make patties.
  • Take oil into a pan for frying. Fry the patties till golden brown. And remove on a tissue paper.
  • Take a white plate for platting . Take tomato ketchup , soy sauce, and green chilli sauce on plate and with a spoon pat it twice to form a design . decorate it with mint leaves and fried onions.
  • Serve with mint chutney and pickled onion.
