In A Food Processor, Grind Together Mutton, Ginger Garlic, Red Chilli Flakes, Breadcrumbs, Cumin, Coriander, Onion, Green Chillies And Salt.
Make Kebabs And Fry Them . Keep Aside.
For Gravy, Heat Oil In A Griddle Or Tawa . Add Onion Chopped And Fry Till Translucent.
Add Ginger Garlic Chopped, Chopped Tomatoes And Saute Till Oil Separate.
Now Add Salt, Green Chillies, Chilli Flakes And The Fried Kebabs.
Increase The Flame And Fry For 2-3mins. Garnish With Coriander Leaves.
