  • Goat Meat 1 kgs

  • chopped onion 3 nos

  • Onion Paste 1 nos

  • Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tbsp

  • chopped tomato 2 nos

  • Black Pepper Powder 1/2 tsp

  • Red chilly Powder 2 tbsp

  • Red Chily Flakes 1 tsp

  • turmeric powder 1/2 tsp

  • Coriander Powder 1 tbsp

  • Green chilly 7-8 nos

  • Garam Masala Powder 1 tsp

  • Salt to tatse 1 tsp

  • Oil 1 cups

    Take A Kadai Add Goat Meat Pieces ,Black Pepper Powder And 4 Cup Of Water.

    Cover It And Cook Until It Gets Tender. Heat Oil In A Pan.

    Add Chopped Onion And Saute Till Transparent. Add Onion Paste,Ginger Garlic Paste,Red Chilly Powder,Red Chilly Flakes,Coriander Powder,Turmeric Powder,Green Chilly ,Chopped Tomato And 2 Tbsp Water And Saute For 4 - 5 Min S

    Add Meat Pieces And Mix Well Turn The Flame Low And Add Garam Masala Powder,Salt And Two Cup Of Water..

    Cover It And Cook For Five Mins. Add Coriander Leaves Serve Hot With Chapatis Or Naan.
