Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 1/2 kg Goat Mutton


  • 4big Onions finely chopped


  • 2tsp Giner garlic paste


  • 2Bay leaf


  • 2 cloves


  • 1small of Cinnamon


  • 2tbsp oul


  • 1tsp red chilli powder


  • 1tsp corainder powder


  • 1tsp salt


  • 1tsp garam masala powder


  • 1/4tsp Turmeric powder


  • 4 green chillies


  • 3timatoes gratted


  • 2 glasses of water

Directions

  • Wash Mutton pieces nicely
  • Heat oil in pressure cooker
  • Add bay leaf saute add ginger garlic paste
  • Add all whole garam masala saute
  • Add onion saute till pink
  • Add mutton pieces
  • Continue to stir on medium flame
  • Add gratted tomatoes saute
  • Add salt red chilli powder and turmeric powder
  • Continue to stir
  • Add little water in between continue to stir
  • Add garam masala powder and green chillies
  • Stir till colour if Mutton changes to nice reddish colour
  • Add 1glass ofcwater cover the lid and pressure cook for 1 whistle
  • Then keep on sliw flame with lid covered for 15minutes
  • Off the gas.let the pressure cooker cool
  • Open the lif
  • Transfer into Serving Dish
  • Garnish with fresh corainder
  • Seeve hot with Basmati Rice
