Wash meat well. Take this in pressure cooker add water 1/2 teaspoon salt n pressure cook it on 5 to 6whistles. Switch off the flame and wait till air release from pressure cooker.
Now heat oil in non-stick wok add bayleaf, green cardamom, cloves, black pepper corns and cinnamon. when all this whole spices stop crackling add onion n cook till it transculent.
Add green chillies, salt, red chilli powder, garam masala powder and saute it.
Add cooked mutton in it, mix it, cover the lid n cook 5 to 7minutes on low medium flame.
Kasa sukka mutton is ready to serve. garnish with coriander leaves.
Serve this with raw onion, lemon n mint.
