Heat oil in a deep bottomed pan. Add oil and fry till golden brown.
Grind Ginger, Garlic, Green Chillies, Tomatoes, Cloves, Cardamom, Cinnamon, Peppercorns Into A Fine Paste.
Add The Paste To The Brown Onions. Add Mutton, Red Chilli Powder, Cumin Powder, Turmeric ,Salt And Saute Well.
Once Oil Separate, Add Water As Required. Cover The Lid And Cook On Slow Flame Till Mutton Is Cooked.
