Cut bread slices into square pieces.
Add oil to the hot kadai.
When the oil is hot add finely chopped onion.
Next add tomato.
Saute onion and tomato for 5 minutes.
Add chilli powder, sombu powder and salt.
Saute for 2 more minutes.
Add water.
When the water boils add bread slices.
Mix well until the water is fully absorbed.
Add finely chopped coriander leaves and switch off the stove.
Serve hot.
