maida 1 cups
Ghee 3/4 cups
Cashew 8 nos
Cardamom Powder 1/2 tsp
Water 2 cups
Sugar 1 1/2 cups
Kesari Powder 2 pinch
Fry 1 cup maida with half cup ghee and cashews
When the colour of cashews changes add 2 cups boiling water slowly.
Add 2 pinch Kesari powder and cardamom powder and mix continuously.
Mix continuously for 5 minutes.
Now add sugar and continue stirring.
Add 2 spoons ghee and stir until it separates from the pan.
Apply ghee on a plate and spread the halwa.
We can make slices after 5 minutes
