1 cups bengal gram
1 cups cleaned and chopped vazhaipoo
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
2 nos chopped onion
3 nos green chili
1/2 nos curry leaves,handful
1/2 nos coriander leaves,handful
1 tsp sombu powder
1 tsp salt
Directions
Soak Bengal gram for 1 hour
Meanwhile clean and chop the Vazhaipoo.
After 1 hour grind the Bengal gram with green chillies and salt.
Grind it coarsely.
To this batter add finely chopped onions, gg paste, sombu powder, finely chopped coriander leaves and Curry leaves and finely chopped Vazhaipoo.
Mix well.
Prepare vadais and deep fry them in hot oil.
