Bengal Gram 1 cups
Cleaned And Chopped Vazhaipoo 1 cups
Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tsp
chopped onion 2 nos
Green chili 3 nos
Curry Leaves,handful 1/2 nos
Coriander leaves,handful 1/2 nos
Sombu Powder 1 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Directions
Soak Bengal gram for 1 hour
Meanwhile clean and chop the Vazhaipoo.
After 1 hour grind the Bengal gram with green chillies and salt.
Grind it coarsely.
To this batter add finely chopped onions, gg paste, sombu powder, finely chopped coriander leaves and Curry leaves and finely chopped Vazhaipoo.
Mix well.
Prepare vadais and deep fry them in hot oil.
