Ingredients

  • Bengal Gram 1 cups

  • Cleaned And Chopped Vazhaipoo 1 cups

  • Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tsp

  • chopped onion 2 nos

  • Green chili 3 nos

  • Curry Leaves,handful 1/2 nos

  • Coriander leaves,handful 1/2 nos

  • Sombu Powder 1 tsp

  • Salt 1 tsp

Directions

    Soak Bengal gram for 1 hour

  • 02

    Meanwhile clean and chop the Vazhaipoo.

  • 03

    After 1 hour grind the Bengal gram with green chillies and salt.

    Grind it coarsely.

  • 05

    To this batter add finely chopped onions, gg paste, sombu powder, finely chopped coriander leaves and Curry leaves and finely chopped Vazhaipoo.

    Mix well.

  • 07

    Prepare vadais and deep fry them in hot oil.
