Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 750 gms mutton


  • 1 cups brown onion paste


  • 1 tbsp garlic paste


  • 1 tsp ginger paste


  • 1 tsp salt


  • 1 tsp sugar


  • 1 tbsp garam masala powder


  • 1 tbsp red chili paste


  • 4 nos green cardamom


  • 4 nos clove


  • 3 tbsp ghee


  • 1 cups curd


  • 10 nos date paste

Directions

  • In a large bowl add curd , ginger and garlic paste and mix well .
  • Now add the mutton and mix well then cover and keep aside for 15 minutes .
  • Heat ghee in a pressure cooker .
  • Now add the green cardamom and clove , fry few minutes .
  • Now add the marinated mutton and fry for 10 minutes .
  • Add the brown onion paste and mix well .
  • Add the red chilli paste , salt and sugar mix well .
  • Now add the date paste and garam masala powder and mix well .
  • Fry it well or until oil leaves the side of the cooker add 1 cup of warm water and cover the lid and cook until they are become soft .
  • Serve this Lachha Paratha and onion
