Ingredients

Serves 4

  • Mutton 750 gms

  • Brown Onion Paste 1 cups

  • Garlic Paste 1 tbsp

  • Ginger Paste 1 tsp

  • Salt 1 tsp

  • Sugar 1 tsp

  • Garam Masala Powder 1 tbsp

  • Red Chili Paste 1 tbsp

  • Green Cardamom 4 nos

  • Clove 4 nos

  • Ghee 3 tbsp

  • Curd 1 cups

  • Date Paste 10 nos

Directions

    In a large bowl add curd , ginger and garlic paste and mix well .

    Now add the mutton and mix well then cover and keep aside for 15 minutes .

    Heat ghee in a pressure cooker .

    Now add the green cardamom and clove , fry few minutes .

    Now add the marinated mutton and fry for 10 minutes .

    Add the brown onion paste and mix well .

  • 07

    Add the red chilli paste , salt and sugar mix well .

    Now add the date paste and garam masala powder and mix well .

  • 09

    Fry it well or until oil leaves the side of the cooker add 1 cup of warm water and cover the lid and cook until they are become soft .

    Serve this Lachha Paratha and onion
