Ingredients

Serves : 5
  • 1 kg goat meat


  • 3 onion


  • 1 small tomato


  • 2 tsp ginger garlic paste


  • 2 green chillies


  • 1/2 cup coriander leaves


  • 6-7 mint leaves


  • 3-4 peppercon


  • 1 bay leaf


  • 1 cinnamon stick


  • 1 cup oil or as required


  • 1-2 Kesar


  • 1 tsp haldi


  • 2-3 tsp kashmiri lal mirch


  • 1-2 elaichi


  • 1 tsp meat masala

Directions

  • Wash goat meat and marinade with ginger garlic paste , salt
  • Roast onions by applying oil and grind with coriander , mint, chillies to smooth paste.
  • Keep the meat and masala paste in frigde. Meat is good if marianated overnight.
  • In oil add bay leaf and all spice . Add paste and let oil separate.
  • Next you add tomato cut into 4.
  • Add haldi, salt, red chilli powder
  • Add goat meat and mix well. Close the lid and let it simmer for 5 minutes.
  • Now add 2 cup water and let the meat get tender.
  • Check and add more water if meat is not cooked. You can make this recipe in pressure cooker.
  • When meat is cooked add meat masala.
  • Garnish with mint lemon and onions.
