Ingredients

Serves 4

  • Ragi 1 cups

  • Idli rice 1 cups

  • Urad dhal 1/2 cups

  • Fenugreek 1 tsp

  • Salt 2 tsp

  • Water 1 litre

Directions

    Preparation: Soak rice and ragi together for 4hrs

  • 02

    Soak urad dhal with fenugreek for 30 minutes.

  • 03

    Grind rice with raagi

  • 04

    Grind urad dhal with fenugreek.

  • 05

    Mix both batter together.

  • 06

    Add salt and allow to ferment for 8hours

  • 07

    Prepare idlies after 8 hours fermentation.

  • 08

    Then serve hot tasty idlies
