Ingredients

  • 1 cups ragi


  • 1 cups idli rice


  • 1/2 cups urad dhal


  • 1 tsp fenugreek


  • 2 tsp salt


  • 1 litre water

Directions

  • Preparation: Soak rice and ragi together for 4hrs
  • Soak urad dhal with fenugreek for 30 minutes.
  • Grind rice with raagi
  • Grind urad dhal with fenugreek.
  • Mix both batter together.
  • Add salt and allow to ferment for 8hours
  • Prepare idlies after 8 hours fermentation.
  • Then serve hot tasty idlies
