Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 1 tbsp chilli powder


  • 1/2 tbsp dhaniya powder


  • 1/4 tbsp turmeric powder


  • 3/4 tbsp garam masala


  • 1/2 tbsp pepper powder


  • 3/4 tbsp salt as required


  • 250 gms mutton liver


  • 5 tbsp oil


  • 6 nos shallots


  • 1/2 nos tomato


  • 15 nos curry leaves


  • 1/2 cups coriander leaves


  • 1/2 tbsp ginger garlic paste


  • 1/4 tsp spice:black stone flower


  • 1/2 nos cinnamon


  • 2 nos cloves

Directions

  • Preparation :Wash and clean liver.Marinate liver with chilli powder, dhaniya Powder , turmeric powder , pepper powder and salt.
  • To A Pan Add Oil , Let It Heat Up. To This Add The Spices , Saute . Once You Smell The Aroma , Add The Shallots And Tomatoes ( Both Sliced Finely ),
  • Saute For To Get Soft Then Add Ginger Garlic Paste , Curry Leaves And 1 Tbsp Of Coriander Leave ( Reserve The Rest To Add At The End Of The Recipe ).
  • Once They All Mix Well Add The Marinated Mutton Liver. Leave It In Slow Flame To Cook Add 1/4 Cup Of Water.
  • Keep Stirring Now And Then. Once The Oil Gets Separated Add The Left Over Coriander Leaves And Serve Hot .
  • Goes Good With Any Rice Or Chapathi As A Dry Gravy.
