Ingredients

  • Chilli Powder 1 tbsp

  • Dhaniya Powder 1/2 tbsp

  • turmeric powder 1/4 tbsp

  • Garam Masala 3/4 tbsp

  • Pepper Powder 1/2 tbsp

  • Salt as required 3/4 tbsp

  • Mutton Liver 250 gms

  • Oil 5 tbsp

  • Shallots 6 nos

  • tomato 1/2 nos

  • Curry leaves 15 nos

  • Coriander Leaves 1/2 cups

  • Ginger Garlic Paste 1/2 tbsp

  • Spice:Black Stone Flower 1/4 tsp

  • Cinnamon 1/2 nos

  • Cloves 2 nos

Directions

    Preparation :Wash and clean liver.Marinate liver with chilli powder, dhaniya Powder , turmeric powder , pepper powder and salt.

    To A Pan Add Oil , Let It Heat Up. To This Add The Spices , Saute . Once You Smell The Aroma , Add The Shallots And Tomatoes ( Both Sliced Finely ),

    Saute For To Get Soft Then Add Ginger Garlic Paste , Curry Leaves And 1 Tbsp Of Coriander Leave ( Reserve The Rest To Add At The End Of The Recipe ).

    Once They All Mix Well Add The Marinated Mutton Liver. Leave It In Slow Flame To Cook Add 1/4 Cup Of Water.

    Keep Stirring Now And Then. Once The Oil Gets Separated Add The Left Over Coriander Leaves And Serve Hot .

    Goes Good With Any Rice Or Chapathi As A Dry Gravy.
