Ingredients
Serves 6
Mutton with bone 1 kgs
Tur dal 100 gms
Urad Dal 100 gms
Broken Wheat 100 gms
Ginger Garlic Paste 2 tbsp
Brown(fried) onion 2 cups
Fried Cashew 1 cups
Whole Garam Masala( cinnamon, cardamom, clove, staranis and big cardamom) 1/4 cups
Coriander 1 tbsp
Cumin 1 tsp
Red Chilly 6-7 nos
Ghee 4-5 tbsp
Cashew Paste 1/4 cups
KhasKhas 2 tbsp
Green Chilies 7-8 nos
Chopped Coriander 1 cups
Salt - to taste 1 tsp
Sugar(optional) 1 tsp
Directions
Soak the Tur dal, urad dal and broken wheat in the water .
Put mutton pieces in the pressure cooker. Add all water soaked dal, ginger garlic paste, whole masalas, garam masala and bay leaves. Add 2 - 3 cups of water and give 3 - 4 whistle .
After cool down the cooker , shortened the bones from boiled meat mixture.
Put boiled meat mixture into food processor and blend them together into smooth.
Heat ghee in another pan ,add few whole spices, add cashew paste, khaskhas paste and saute for 2mins and add mutton dal mixture, bones also. Add salt.
Add brown onion mix properly and slow cook till oil separated from the side. Check the salt and sugar.
Add fried dry fruits and mix well.
Sprinkle chopped coriander, brown onion and serve with added ghee ( optional)
