Take cabbage , cauliflower pressure cook it.
In a pan take oil and 1 tdp butter.
Add ginger garlic paste and onions.
When oil is separated add tomatoes and capsicum with peas
Saute 5 minutes. And add cabbage and cauliflower. Mix well
Add haldi, salt, red chilli powder, pav bhaji masala
Mix properly and add potatoes. Mix again. Use smasher to mash the veggies till everything gets mixed in eachother.
Add some water and cover 5 minutes
Add coriander and lemon juice.
Garnish with spring onion tomato and lemon . Add butter on top .
Serve with buttered pav or bread.
