Ingredients

Serves : 6
  • 1cup potato boiled


  • 1 cup capsicum chopped


  • 1 cup cauliflower grated


  • 1 cup boiled peas


  • 2 onion finely chopped


  • 2 tomatoes finely chopped


  • 2 tsp ginger garlic paste


  • 2 tsp pav bhaji masala


  • 1/2 cup spring onion


  • 2-3 tsp coriander leaves


  • 1 tsp haldi


  • 2 tsp red chilli powder


  • 1 tsp lemon juice


  • 2 tsp butter


  • 1 cup oil

Directions

  • Take cabbage , cauliflower pressure cook it.
  • In a pan take oil and 1 tdp butter.
  • Add ginger garlic paste and onions.
  • When oil is separated add tomatoes and capsicum with peas
  • Saute 5 minutes. And add cabbage and cauliflower. Mix well
  • Add haldi, salt, red chilli powder, pav bhaji masala
  • Mix properly and add potatoes. Mix again. Use smasher to mash the veggies till everything gets mixed in eachother.
  • Add some water and cover 5 minutes
  • Add coriander and lemon juice.
  • Garnish with spring onion tomato and lemon . Add butter on top .
  • Serve with buttered pav or bread.
