Ingredients

Serves 4

  • 4 potatoes shreded

  • 1 cup bonndi soaked in water

  • 1 cup boiled potato

  • 1 cup boiled chole

  • 1 onion chopped

  • 1 tomato chopped

  • 1 cup sev

  • 1/2 cup curd

  • 5-6 tamarind chutney

Directions

    Take shrreded potato in a tea strauner and press it with another strainer. Then deep fry. It will come out in a shape of bowl

  • 02

    Take bowl and add all ingredients except sev and mix will.

    Garnish with tomato onion and sev.
