Take maida make a dough. Divide in 6 portions and make small balls
In a pan take ghee and add all remaining igredients. Mix it well. Saute till jaggery melts. Do not over cook or jaggery will bevome sticky
Now roll out small roti and stuff this filling in and close edgde applying some water.
Take oil in pan for frying and deep fry it.
Modak is ready !
