Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 4 boiled eggs


  • 2 onions roasted


  • 1 tomato roasted


  • 3 green chillies


  • 2 tsp ginger


  • 4 garlic


  • Coriander 1/2 cup


  • Jeera 1 tsp, rai


  • 1 tsp garam masala , meat masala

Directions

  • In mixer add onion , tomato, chilly, garluc, ginger, corriander and grind to smooth paste
  • In a pan take oil and fry eggs.
  • In same oil add rai , jeera .
  • Next add paste and stir till it leaves oil.
  • Add 1 tsp haldi and 2 tsp red chilli powder
  • Slit eggs and add into masala
  • Cover for 5 minutes.
  • Next add sone water and bring it to boil.
  • Add garam masala and meat masala.
  • Garnish and serve
