Ingredients

  • 1 kg cauliflour diced.


  • 1 onion


  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp


  • 1 tsp haldi


  • 2 tsp lal mirch powder


  • 1 tsp rai

Directions

  • Take oil in a pan and add rai to splutter.
  • Add ginger garluc paste and wait till raw smell goes away.
  • Add onions n salt
  • Add cauliflower florets and mix. Cover for 10 minutes.
  • Add coriander to garnish. Serve hot with chapati
