1 kg cauliflour diced.
1 onion
Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
1 tsp haldi
2 tsp lal mirch powder
1 tsp rai
Directions
Take oil in a pan and add rai to splutter.
Add ginger garluc paste and wait till raw smell goes away.
Add onions n salt
Add cauliflower florets and mix. Cover for 10 minutes.
Add coriander to garnish. Serve hot with chapati
