Ingredients

Serves : 3
  • 250 gms mutton with bone


  • 1 tsp mutton masala


  • 1 tbsp black pepper


  • 2 nos onion


  • 1 nos curry leaves,fistful


  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder


  • 1 tsp salt


  • 1 tsp ginger garlic paste


  • 1 tbsp ghee


  • 1/2 tsp mustard seeds


  • 1/2 tsp urad dal


  • 1/2 tsp chana dal

Directions

  • Pressure cook mutton with mutton masala,turmeric powder,salt, ginger garlic paste,little water for 8 whistles after sauteeing for 2 minutes.
  • In a kadai heat ghee and add mustard seeds.
  • Once mustard splutters, add urad dal,channa dal followed by curry leaves. Then add the onions ans saute till onion turns pink
  • Add the cooked mutton and stir well
  • Once the water dries up add 1 tablespoon of fresh coarsely ground pepper and stir well
  • Serve hot with sambar rice or rasam rice
