Ingredients

Serves 3

  • Mutton with bone 250 gms

  • Mutton Masala 1 tsp

  • Black Pepper 1 tbsp

  • onion 2 nos

  • Curry leaves,fistful 1 nos

  • turmeric powder 1/2 tsp

  • Salt 1 tsp

  • Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tsp

  • Ghee 1 tbsp

  • Mustard Seeds 1/2 tsp

  • Urad Dal 1/2 tsp

  • Chana dal 1/2 tsp

Directions

    Pressure cook mutton with mutton masala,turmeric powder,salt, ginger garlic paste,little water for 8 whistles after sauteeing for 2 minutes.

    In a kadai heat ghee and add mustard seeds.

    Once mustard splutters, add urad dal,channa dal followed by curry leaves. Then add the onions ans saute till onion turns pink

    Add the cooked mutton and stir well

  • 05

    Once the water dries up add 1 tablespoon of fresh coarsely ground pepper and stir well

  • 06

    Serve hot with sambar rice or rasam rice
