For marination : boneless chicken 1/2 kgs
yogurt 1 cups
hinger garlic paste 2 tsp

food colour 1 tsp
Take chicken in a bowl and add marinate ingredients. Marinade for 6 hrs
In oil deep fry chicken pieces. Remove and keep aside
In same oil take and add onion , green chilli, tomato
Add cashews , bay leaves, salt ,almond,
Saute and grind to paste.
In a wok take butter and add all the mixture. Saute 5 minutes.
Add lal mirch powder and fresh cream.
Add chicken and simmer for some time.
Heat coal and place a piece of coal on curry keep this heated coal in centre and add ghee on it . And cover
