Ingredients

  • For marination : boneless chicken 1/2 kgs


  • yogurt 1 cups


  • hinger garlic paste 2 tsp


  • salt 2 tsp


  • kasuri methi 1 tsp


  • lal mirch 2 tsp


  • lemon juice 2 tsp


  • For masala : onion 2 nos


  • tomato 3 nos


  • bay leaf 1 nos


  • Fresh cream 1/4 cups


  • Cashews 10 nos


  • Almond 10 nos


  • Butter 1/2 cups


  • Coriander powder 1 tsp


  • Coal 1 piece


  • food colour 1 tsp

Directions

  • Take chicken in a bowl and add marinate ingredients. Marinade for 6 hrs
  • In oil deep fry chicken pieces. Remove and keep aside
  • In same oil take and add onion , green chilli, tomato
  • Add cashews , bay leaves, salt ,almond,
  • Saute and grind to paste.
  • In a wok take butter and add all the mixture. Saute 5 minutes.
  • Add lal mirch powder and fresh cream.
  • Add chicken and simmer for some time.
  • Add colour
  • Heat coal and place a piece of coal on curry keep this heated coal in centre and add ghee on it . And cover
  • Ready butter chicken to eat with naan
