In A Medium Flame Until Light Brown. Keep Aside.
Heat Up Remaining Oil. Add Mustard Seeds,Cumin Seeds And Feenel Seeds To Crackle.
Add Green Chilly,Salt,Sugar,Turmeric Powder,Red Chilly Powder And Mix Well.
Add Water And Roasted Chickpea Flour / Besan And Mix Well. Serve With Rice Or Chapati.
