Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 100 gms green chilly


  • 2 tbsp chickpea flour/besan


  • 1/2 tsp red chilly powder


  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder


  • 1 pinch mustard seeds


  • 1 pinch cumin seeds


  • 1 pinch fennel seeds


  • 1/2 tsp sugar


  • 1 tsp salt-to taste


  • 2 tbsp oil


  • 1/2 cups water

Directions

  • Heat 1 Tbsp Oil In A Pan. Add Chickpea Flour / Besan And Roast
  • In A Medium Flame Until Light Brown. Keep Aside.
  • Heat Up Remaining Oil. Add Mustard Seeds,Cumin Seeds And Feenel Seeds To Crackle.
  • Add Green Chilly,Salt,Sugar,Turmeric Powder,Red Chilly Powder And Mix Well.
  • Add Water And Roasted Chickpea Flour / Besan And Mix Well. Serve With Rice Or Chapati.
