Ingredients

  • Green Chilly 100 gms

  • Chickpea Flour/Besan 2 tbsp

  • Red Chilly Powder 1/2 tsp

  • turmeric powder 1/2 tsp

  • Mustard Seeds 1 pinch

  • Cumin seeds 1 pinch

  • Fennel Seeds 1 pinch

  • Sugar 1/2 tsp

  • Salt-to taste 1 tsp

  • Oil 2 tbsp

  • Water 1/2 cups

Directions

    Heat 1 Tbsp Oil In A Pan. Add Chickpea Flour / Besan And Roast

    In A Medium Flame Until Light Brown. Keep Aside.

    Heat Up Remaining Oil. Add Mustard Seeds,Cumin Seeds And Feenel Seeds To Crackle.

    Add Green Chilly,Salt,Sugar,Turmeric Powder,Red Chilly Powder And Mix Well.

    Add Water And Roasted Chickpea Flour / Besan And Mix Well. Serve With Rice Or Chapati.
