Ingredients
Serves 4
For filling :paneer 1 cups
Boiled Peas 1/2 cups
Mozarella Cheese 1/2 cups
Red chilly Flakes 1 tsp
Oregano 1/2 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Green chilly,finely chopped 1 tsp
ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
wonton sheets/samosa patti 10 nos
For slurry :maida 1 tbsp
water 2 tbsp
oil for frying 1/2 litre
Directions
Grate paneer. Mash peas with masher.
Add Paneer, Peas, grated cheese, red chilli flakes, ginger, garlic paste, oregano, green chillies and salt in a mixing bowl. Mix all properly. Keep it aside.
For slurry add maida and water in a bowl. Mix well. Keep aside.
Now take two wonton sheet(samosa patti). Place one sheet on another in ➕ shape. Place 1 tbsp paneer & peas mixture on it.
Now fold outer side over mixture. Apply slurry on edges. Then fold another side. Apply slurry on edges. Then fold rest of two sides to seal the parcel. Fix all edges with slurry.
Repeat this process for making all parcels.
Now Heat oil in a Kadhai. Once oil heated slide 3-4 parcels at a time. Fry them until golden brown and crispy.
Transfer on paper napkin.
Serve hot with tomato sauce and mayonnaise sauce.
