Ingredients

Serves : 3
  • 1 cups readymade idli batter


  • 1/4 cups spinach puree


  • 3 nos cheese slices


  • 2 tbsp mozarella chhese


  • 1 tbsp oil


  • 1 tsp ginger garlic chilly paste

Directions

  • Put batter in a bowl add ginger
  • garlic chilly paste and mix it well
  • Add spinach purée and salt and mix
  • Now greese idli moulds with oil
  • and pour this batter on each batter
  • Put some grated cheese on it
  • Pour some more batter on this
  • cheese and steam for five min
  • Top with cheese slices and
  • demould this idlis
  • serve hot !!!!!
