Ingredients

kalkatti pan (betel leaves) 8-10 nos
Pan Masala 3-4 tsp
flavored saunf & Khas Khas 1 tsp
Gulkand (or more) 1 tsp
vanilla ice cream 1 cups
full fat milk 1/2 cups
crushed ice 1/4 cups
Directions
Assemble all ingredients. Wash pan leaves.
Cut pan leaves in small pieces. Add saunf, pan Masala & Gulkand In a mixer jar. Grind all.
Pour vanilla ice cream, milk & ice. Blend all.
Pour in shot glasses. Serve chilled pan shot
