Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 8-10 nos kalkatti pan (betel leaves)


  • 3-4 tsp pan masala


  • 1 tsp flavored saunf & khas khas


  • 1 tsp gulkand (or more)


  • 1 cups vanilla ice cream


  • 1/2 cups full fat milk


  • 1/4 cups crushed ice

Directions

  • Assemble all ingredients. Wash pan leaves.
  • Cut pan leaves in small pieces. Add saunf, pan Masala & Gulkand In a mixer jar. Grind all.
  • Pour vanilla ice cream, milk & ice. Blend all.
  • Pour in shot glasses. Serve chilled pan shot
