8-10 nos kalkatti pan (betel leaves)
3-4 tsp pan masala
1 tsp flavored saunf & khas khas
1 tsp gulkand (or more)
1 cups vanilla ice cream
1/2 cups full fat milk
1/4 cups crushed ice
Directions
Assemble all ingredients. Wash pan leaves.
Cut pan leaves in small pieces. Add saunf, pan Masala & Gulkand In a mixer jar. Grind all.
Pour vanilla ice cream, milk & ice. Blend all.
Pour in shot glasses. Serve chilled pan shot
