Ingredients

Serves 4

  • kalkatti pan (betel leaves) 8-10 nos

  • Pan Masala 3-4 tsp

  • flavored saunf & Khas Khas 1 tsp

  • Gulkand (or more) 1 tsp

  • vanilla ice cream 1 cups

  • full fat milk 1/2 cups

  • crushed ice 1/4 cups

Directions

  • 01

    Assemble all ingredients. Wash pan leaves.

  • 02

    Cut pan leaves in small pieces. Add saunf, pan Masala & Gulkand In a mixer jar. Grind all.

    Pour vanilla ice cream, milk & ice. Blend all.

  • 04

    Pour in shot glasses. Serve chilled pan shot
