  • wheat flour 1 bowls

  • besan 1/4 bowls

  • Methi ( finely washed and chopped ) 1/2 bowls

  • Green chilli paste 1 tsp

  • red chilli powder 1 tsp

  • turmeric powder 1/4 tsp

  • till 1-2 tsp

  • ajawain 1/2 tsp

  • hing 1 pinch

  • Salt to test 1/2 tsp

  • curd 2 tsp

  • oil 3 tsp

Directions

    Ek bade bowl mai wheat flour, methi, green chilli paste, salt,curd n all spices add kare aur daugh bana le.add water as per requirement n make soft daugh ko 10 minutes ke liye dak kar rakh de.

    Ab daugh ki lemon ke size ki balls banale aur thepale bel le.

    Tava ko garam kare n both side oil laga kar thepla sek le.

  • 04

    Thepla dahi, mirchi ka aachar, aam ka aachar, and hare dhaniya ki chutney ke sath serve kare.
