Add Mix All Veggies And Stir Fry For 2 - 3 Mins In A Low Flame. Add Ginger Garlic Paste And Mix Well.
Add Rice And Mix Well. Add All Dry Fruits And Cottage Cheese And Salt And Also Add 2 Cup Of Water.
Once Boiled,Simmer The Gas And Cover It. Garnish With Fried Sliced Onion And Serve With Raita.
