1 cups boiled basmati rice
1 cups chopped mix veggies (beans,carrot,peas)
1 nos chopped onion
2 nos green cardamom
1 nos black cardamom
2 nos cloves
2 tbsp clarified butter / ghee
1 pinch salt - to taste
Directions
Heat Clarified Butter / Ghee In A Pan. Add Cardamom And Cloves To Crackle.
Add Onion And Saute For One Mins.
Add Mix Veggies And And Saute For 4 - 5 Mins.
Add Boiled Rice And Salt And Mix Well. Serve Hot.
