Ingredients

  • 1 cups boiled basmati rice


  • 1 cups chopped mix veggies (beans,carrot,peas)


  • 1 nos chopped onion


  • 2 nos green cardamom


  • 1 nos black cardamom


  • 2 nos cloves


  • 2 tbsp clarified butter / ghee


  • 1 pinch salt - to taste

Directions

  • Heat Clarified Butter / Ghee In A Pan. Add Cardamom And Cloves To Crackle.
  • Add Onion And Saute For One Mins.
  • Add Mix Veggies And And Saute For 4 - 5 Mins.
  • Add Boiled Rice And Salt And Mix Well. Serve Hot.
