Ingredients

Serves : 3
  • 1 cups basmati rice


  • 1/2 cups sweet corn


  • 1 nos chopped onion,small size


  • 1 tsp ginger garlic paste


  • 2 nos whole black pepper


  • 2 nos cloves


  • 1 inch cinnamon stick


  • 2 nos green cardamom


  • 1 nos black cardamom


  • 1/4 tsp cumin seeds


  • 1 tbsp cashewnuts


  • 2 tbsp clarified butter


  • 1 tsp salt to taste

Directions

  • Heat clarified butter / ghee in a pan.Add whole garam masala to crackle.
  • Add Cashew Nuts And Fry It. Add Onion And Saute For 2 - 3 Mins.
  • Add Ginger Garlic Paste And Sweet Corn And Saute For 3 - 4 Mins.
  • Soak Rice In Water For 15 Mins And Strain It.
  • Add Rice And Mix Well. Add Salt And Two Cup Of Water.
  • Once Boiled,Keep On The Low Flame And Cover It For 10 Mins. Serve With Raita.
