Take a bowl add dhokla mix and
add water salt and mix it well
Grease the dhokla pan with oil
and pour batter and steamed it
for five min
Rest for some time and demould it
Take another bowl add chopped
capsicum grated paneer
coriander leaves salt chat
and mix it well
Cut the steamed dhokla into
round shape
Heat a grill pan
Spread some coriander chutney
on one side of roundels spread
some stuffing on top of half to
prepared dhokla and cover with
remaining dhokla
Add little bit oil in grilling pan add
mastard seeds and white sesame seeds
and let be splutter place the sandwiches and grill
from both sides till light brown
serve hot
