Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 1 cups basmati rice


  • 1 nos grated beetroot


  • 2 tbsp clarified butter


  • 1/4 tsp cumin seeds


  • 1 inch cinnamon stick


  • 1 nos sliced onion


  • 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste


  • 1 tsp coriander powder


  • 2- nos black pepper


  • 2-3 nos cloves


  • 2 nos cardamom


  • 1 tsp salt to taste


  • 2 nos star anise


  • 1 tbsp cashew nut


  • 1 tbsp raisins

Directions

  • Heat clarified butter in a panAdd cashew nuts and raisins fry and strain it.
  • Again Heat Clarified Butter In The Same Pan. Add Star Anise,Cumin Seeds,Cloves,Black Pepper And Cardamom To Crackle.
  • Add Sliced Onion And Saute Till Pink.. Add Ginger Garlic Paste And Mix Well.
  • Add Grated Betroot And Saute For 4 - 5 Mins. Add Rice And Salt And Mix Well.
  • Add Two Cup Of Water And Bring To Boil. Once Boiled Keep It In A Low Flame And Cover It For Ten Mins.
  • Take Off The Pan And Garnish With Cashew Nuts And Raisins And Serve Hot
