Heat clarified butter in a panAdd cashew nuts and raisins fry and strain it.
Again Heat Clarified Butter In The Same Pan. Add Star Anise,Cumin Seeds,Cloves,Black Pepper And Cardamom To Crackle.
Add Sliced Onion And Saute Till Pink.. Add Ginger Garlic Paste And Mix Well.
Add Grated Betroot And Saute For 4 - 5 Mins. Add Rice And Salt And Mix Well.
Add Two Cup Of Water And Bring To Boil. Once Boiled Keep It In A Low Flame And Cover It For Ten Mins.
Take Off The Pan And Garnish With Cashew Nuts And Raisins And Serve Hot
