Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 1 1/2 cups finely chopped roasted eggplant


  • 1 tbsp lemon juice


  • 2 tbsp olive oil


  • 1/4 cups chopped onion


  • 1/2 cups paneer


  • 1/4 cups chopped red bell pepper


  • 1 tbsp chopped green chilli


  • 1 tbsp fresh basil leaves


  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley


  • 1 tbsp cheese spread


  • 1 tbsp tomato ketchup


  • 1/2 tsp chilli flakes


  • 1 tsp salt

Directions

  • Mix all ingredients well and spoon into canopy.
  • Sprinkle grated cheese on top and serve.
