Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 1/2 cups whole moong dal / lentil


  • 1/4 cups bengal gram/chana dal


  • 1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste


  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder


  • 1 tsp coriander powder


  • 1/2 tsp garam masala powder


  • 1/4 tsp cumin seeds


  • 2 nos green chilly


  • 2 tbsp clarified butter


  • 1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves


  • 1 tsp salt to taste

Directions

  • Wash and soak the whole moong dal/lentil and Bengal gram/chana dal with three cup of water for 3 - 4 hours.
  • Heat Clarified Butter In A Pressure Cooker. Add Ginger Garlic Paste And Saute For One Mins.
  • Add Whole Moong Dal And Bengal Gram With Water,Turmeric Powder,Coriander Powder,Garam Masala Powder Nd Salt.
  • Close The Lid And Pressure Cook The Dal. After Two Whistle Simmer The Flame For Five Mins.
  • Heat Clarified Butter In A Pan. Add Cumin Seeds And Green Chilly To Temper The Dal/Lentil.
  • Serve Hot With Chapati
