Ingredients

Serves 2

  • thickened curd 200 gms

  • Condensed Milk 200 gms

  • Fresh Cream 200 gms

  • Pineapple Essence 1/2 tsp

  • fresh chopped apple, pineapple, kiwi and many more. 1 bowls

Directions

    Take curd and cream in a bowl.

    Mix gently for 2 minutes.

  • 03

    Add condensed milk slowly and keep stirring.

  • 04

    Add essence.Preheat oxy air fryer for 5 minutes at 120c

  • 05

    Arrange the bowl in fry basket and close it properly for 20 minutes.

    While it is done we can see mixture shakes but remain firm .

  • 07

    Baked curd is ready . Keep in fridge for about 2 hours
