Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 200 gms thickened curd


  • 200 gms condensed milk


  • 200 gms fresh cream


  • 1/2 tsp pineapple essence


  • 1 bowls fresh chopped apple, pineapple, kiwi and many more.

Directions

  • Take curd and cream in a bowl.
  • Mix gently for 2 minutes.
  • Add condensed milk slowly and keep stirring.
  • Add essence.Preheat oxy air fryer for 5 minutes at 120c
  • Arrange the bowl in fry basket and close it properly for 20 minutes.
  • While it is done we can see mixture shakes but remain firm .
  • Baked curd is ready . Keep in fridge for about 2 hours
