Ingredients

Serves : 3
  • 1 nos apple -peeled and grated


  • 1/2 cups frozen coconut


  • 2 nos chopped almonds


  • 1/2 cups sugar free pow


  • 1/4 tsp cardamon pow

Directions

  • In a non stick pan add coconut
  • apple and sugar cook over medium heat
  • cook for five min on medium heat
  • Add cardmon pow and mix it well
  • keep stirring continually until mix should
  • becomes consistency of soft dough
  • Switch off the flame
  • Add chopped almonds
  • and mix it well
  • Let it be cool for some time
  • Take some portion of mixture
  • and make a ball
  • Press the balls and give it shape of apple
  • Take a clove and make stalk from it
  • Apple burfi is ready
