Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 1 bowls papadi or mathi


  • 1 bowls mixed boiled white and red lobia


  • 1/2 bowls boiled chickpeas


  • 1 tbsp boondi


  • 1 nos potato boiled chopped


  • 1/2 nos onion chopped


  • 1 nos tomato chopped


  • 1 tbsp tamarind chutney


  • 1 tbsp green chutney


  • 1 tbsp coriander leaves


  • 1 tsp mint leaves


  • 1 bowls fresh chilled curd


  • 1 tsp cumin powder


  • 1 tsp salt


  • 1/2 tsp red chilli powder


  • 1 tsp chaat masala


  • 1 tsp lemon juice


  • 1/2 bowls pomegranate seeds

Directions

  • Firstly place mathi at bottom with chilled curd.
  • Then add lobia and boondi mixed with lemon juice and onions and tomatoes.
  • Add salt and red chilli powder
  • Now pour curd over it and chickpeas and potatoes with green and tamarind chutney.
  • Add cumin powder and coriander and mint leaves.
  • Finally add chaat masala and and garnish with pomegranate seeds
