Ingredients

  • 1 cups boiled moong dal


  • 3 nos brown bread


  • 2 tbsp mint leaves


  • 1 nos green chilli


  • 1/2 tsp garam masala


  • 1 nos cucumber -chopped


  • 1 nos tomatoes-chopped


  • 2 tbsp peanuts


  • 1/2 tsp salt


  • 1 nos bhujia pack

Directions

  • Take a mixie jar add moong dal
  • bread slices green chilli mint
  • leaves garam masala and salt
  • and blend it into smoothly paste
  • Take the small dumpling of the
  • paste amd give the katori shape
  • using a silicon muffins bake this
  • katori for fiftten min
  • Now take a bowl add cucumber
  • chopped tomatoes green chilli
  • peanut salt lime juice and mix it
  • fill this mixture into baked katori
  • sprinkle Bhujia and serve it
  • yummy yummy katori is ready
